All employees of CV SAAinti Karya Teknik are guided by our Quality Policy in all decisions and actions on a daily basis.  To realize the Quality Policy, all employees shall set up detail execution plan in their working fields and control as the personal objectives for client’s satisfaction.

To accomplish this policy, CV SAAinti Karya Teknik establishes the following objectives:

1. CV SAAinti Karya Teknik requires all employees to work to the client’s requirements, which is in terms of   attendance, workmanship quality and completion timing.
2. Prepares and uses a Project Quality Management Plan to plan, do, check, act both works and materials, for every ground engineering contract and statutory requirements which CV SAAinti Karya Teknik undertakes.
3. Maintains core employee, selects and maintains qualified suppliers and     sub-contractors, and give effective instructions and feedback so that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

To ensure a complete and responsible approach to the Project Management Team, our system also includes separate policies for Health and Safety and Environmental management.
